EPF, Socso and etc. Liaise with tax agent, auditor, company secretary and government authorities Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior. Able to work independently
• Work closely with Administrators and other department of employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents. • Coordinate operations, including sales, production, purchasing, HR and accounting. • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, answer call and etc. • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry • Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory • Any other duties assigned by the management
• To assist the Storekeeper and Supervisor in carrying duties in loading and unloading, transferring, sorting, stacking, checking, picking, packing, weighing and labeling of the outgoing goods. • Receive incoming stocks and store them into assigned location. • Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse & work place. • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. • Performing other tasks as assigned.
• To perform welding job using MIG/ TIG methods • To identify potential welding problems and work out the solution. • Keep leader/supervisor/Engineer updated on work progress. • To assist Engineer in welding quality issues and improvement • Ensure assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved. • To comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations. • Undertake any others duties as and when assigned by superior
• Participate in preparation of technical reports, quotations and proposals. • Assist customers with any technical issues. • Reply pricing and follow up with Quotation award status. • Managing the sales process through specific guidelines, software programs and inter department. • Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls • To review, understand customer specific requirements and apply into company system, procedure and documentation. • Initiate sales and attain the company¡¯s sales objectives • Undertaking any other sales related tasks that may be required.
